Technological tool development and property modernization at Lillyneir

Project Title: Technology Tool Development and Property Modernization at Lillyneirn

A brief introduction to the project:

Our project aims to support all eligible activities by developing our core operations (NACE 4222’08 – Construction of utility projects for electricity and telecommunications) and the tools, real estate, and organizational capacities required for their high‑quality execution. In the area of technology‑enhancing equipment procurement, we intend to acquire modern, state‑of‑the‑art machinery that facilitates the construction of operational telecommunications networks and other low‑voltage systems, while ensuring safe working conditions. As these assets will be used in external field environments, they qualify as mobile equipment. Their use will increase flexibility and cost‑efficiency, reducing our reliance on subcontractors. The currently rented machinery will be replaced by our own equipment fleet, which will strengthen operational stability, improve financial resilience, and enhance our competitiveness. The equipment to be procured includes excavators, drilling machines, forklifts, compactors, and other items detailed in the Market Assessment section. The total net cost of the equipment is 57,593,239 HUF.

A key development component of our project is the modernization of the office building and its associated warehouse located at our implementation site in Törökbálint. The office building will serve our core and developing activities, including service provision, design, systems engineering, and administrative functions, while the warehouse will store the mobile equipment procured within the project. The modernization works include installing mineral wool façade insulation on the office building (920 m²), replacing the windows and doors (373 m² – plastic), and installing sandwich‑panel façade insulation on the warehouse (627 m²). Additionally, as part of the infrastructural investment, a lift will be added to the office building, providing external access and ensuring full accessibility across all floors. The total net cost of the real estate and infrastructural development is 89,792,016 HUF. To further enhance the property, we intend to install a renewable energy system in the form of rooftop solar panels.

Within the framework of the project, an 86 kWp solar PV system will be installed on the roof of the warehouse, supplying energy to both the office building and the warehouse. The total net cost of this installation is 25,800,000 HUF. Maintaining our competitiveness and technological advancement also requires the professional development of our leadership and management team. To support this, we plan to implement a 50‑hour Leadership Competency Development Training for 6 participants (net cost: 900,000 HUF), and additionally provide 50 hours of management consultancy services (net cost: 1,600,000 HUF). Through the implementation of this project, we will further strengthen our service portfolio, maintain our competitive position, and increase our level of technological sophistication.

Company Overview:

Lillyneir Kft. was established in 2011 under the name ASSECHUN Kft., and until 2020 its core activity was the provision of security system services (NACE 8020’08). In 2020, however, our main activity changed, as significant emphasis shifted from consultancy and service provision towards implementation processes. As a result, our core activity became the construction of utility projects for electrical and telecommunications purposes (NACE 4222’08). The company now offers an extensive systems engineering service portfolio, ranging from traffic informatics and IT security to modern application development and the physical implementation of related solutions.

Detailed description of our activities: In the field of traffic informatics, Lillyneir supports construction companies and infrastructure operators with its many years of experience, enabling the implementation of electronic developments tailored to their specific needs for both rail‑based and road transport networks. As the exclusive distributor of the most advanced traffic management and road electronics systems, we provide cutting‑edge technologies to our clients with the aim of reducing harmful emissions and contributing to a greener, more liveable future. Through modern application development, we offer optimization services to software development companies, enabling faster time‑to‑market and higher customer satisfaction. Our solutions cover consultancy, architecture design, project planning, implementation, and cloud‑based operation. In 2021, we became the first company in the Central and Eastern European region to join the Open Networking Foundation, an organization dedicated to the fundamental transformation of network infrastructure and operator business models, creating projects that revolutionize the telecommunications industry through open‑source solutions.

We possess outstanding expertise in IT security, system integration, architecture and development, as well as in the design and implementation of secure power supply systems. Our activities also include the installation and operation of energy storage systems and electric vehicle charging stations.
